Unit 30 of CC was great! Gorgeous view. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Josephine and Patricia went out of their way to make our stay great.

We had a great time in the 3 br unit 30. Everything was wonderful - just as in the pictures. The location is fantastic and the snorkeling right in front of the unit was great. Our grandkids saw porcupine fish, lobster, octopus, turtle, eels and lots of reef fish. Pool and beach cabanas were great as well.

Our family was so impressed with our experience at Christopher Columbus. Our unit was very clean and comfortable! The entire property was very well maintained. We loved spending time at the pool and beach and it was hard to go back home! The staff was very helpful and we would definitely go back!

We like to stay here because the location is clean, convenient, quiet and beautiful. The people who work here are very friendly. For us it is a known variable and an easy decision each time we are able to come to Grand Cayman.

This was our first time staying here. We were very happy with our stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Condo 21 and the entire facility was in perfect condition and well designed and maintained for a great beach experience. The south part of the beach is sandy a long ways out under the water while the north part has rocks and ledges 2 to 5 feet deep right near shore with a large variety of fish.

My husband and I and another couple just had our 10th or 12th stay in Unit 21. We love it: the comfortable furniture, the balcony, the well-stocked kitchen. We have already booked to come back January 25th.

The unit was very nice and clean. Iris was excellent. The staff is always very helpful.

This is was my 5th time Christopher Columbus. It has been an amazing experience every time. First the condo was perfect with great views. The beach is one of the best on the island with terrific snorkeling right off shore. Last the people at CC are so helpful and nice. Looking forward to my 6th visit

We stayed once again for a week with our good friends. We love Unit 21, and the re-decoration has worked very well. All the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The unit is visually appearing. We will return next year.

Second time staying here. Property and staff are wonderful. The daily cleaning service is amazing. Great swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Beach is great with nice cabanas of different sizes. Condo has well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Can’t beat this for location.

Absolutely beautiful condo with all the amenities and high end gadgets anyone could need! Very thoughtful owners. Perfect location on 7 Mile Beach! Staff were all wonderful- keeping the property maintained and going above with that! It is such a lovely place with friendly, welcoming staff. Management was so helpful our last day with finding a spot to hold luggage since we had a late flight out - can’t thank them enough for that! Very Highly recommend!

Our vacation was perfect for our family and extended family. We were able to relax which was our main goal. The condo was provided us a central location and was in perfect shape. Only challenge inside the co do was the second bathroom shower. Water would come out of the shower due to the lack of closing shower door. Other than that, everything. Worked great and was very comfortable. The cleaning staff were always very friendly and courteous. The beach and pool area were very well maintained. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Great property, beautiful beach. May want to consider a rental car, but we did fine with the buses and taxis. Pristine beach. Found out the hard way that both outdoor grills are not gas and require charcoal.

Amazing place! Best spot on Seven Mile Beach. The resort is maintained well. Condos are really spacious (for what time we spent in them). and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. The beach is probably the best in that stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Very little rock, lots of beautiful sand, and phenomenal cabanas. no crowds or people trying to sell stuff to you. Highly recommend this spot!

Loved the location. Office staff and unit staff were excellent! Friendly, responsive and helpful entire stay. Grounds, pool and outdoor area superior. Unit baths and kitchen were updated and very nice. Would have liked in unit laundry and updated beds/pillows.

Christopher Columbus is an absolute gem. Better than a hotel or resort and in a good location with a view of the beautiful sunsets. Grills were available and with the pavilion you can have dinners on the beach and not go out. Beautiful landscaping which made the beach more private. The tiki huts on the beach are a nice option and always available. Unit #18 was beautiful and well stocked. Amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful. Loved the daily housekeeping service. Highly recommend this site.

We had another amazing family vacation experience at this uncrowded home away from home. The personal touch of management and staff provide a warm welcoming feeling of being cared for from arrival
through to departure. Each unit is somewhat unique in décor and furnishings so that adds a bit more excitement to our repeat visits. Our grandchildren were over the moon with the easy access to the pool, splash pool and beach. The facility and grounds were meticulously maintained which added to the atmosphere of peace & relaxation. Will be planning our return visit soon.

Clean, comfortable, oceanfront condo. Great for a family vacay. Lots to do with kiddies-pool, snorkeling, convenient to nearby attractions. Went horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling at Cemetery Reef, souvenir shopping in Georgetown. Highlight was Crazy Crab tour to Stingray City, Starfish Beach, snorkeling at Rum Point, dinner at Kaibo and night bio-luminescence snorkeling! Restaurants Calypso, Tukkers and Luca had terrific dinners, great wait staff and lots of patience with the grandkids! We would highly recommend the Christopher Columbus Condos with its professional, efficient and super friendly staff. Would love to return in the future.

This condo is fully remodeled with a beautiful modern aesthetic. Our family of four loved the convenience of its location as well as the well equipped amenities in the space. It very much felt like “home” for a week. We did have a minor issue with the hot water but the maintenance crew took care of it for us. The staff on property is very kind. You cannot beat the location to the ocean and the large pool, and we loved the tiki huts located on the beach. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was a perfect size, clean and beautifully furnished .
Being a garden apartment there was a lot of shrubbery sadly lots of mosquitoes. The infiltrate the apartment every time you open the door. Otherwise it’s a beautiful apartment met all my needs.

We have been coming to Cayman for over 20 years and to Christopher Columbus for 7 years. The condo is beautiful, the staff fantastic, and oh the beach! You can not find a better place to stay!

Excellent stay at Unit 11. Everything was clean and very convenient.

Cayman beach vacation at it's best. The unit was clean and new, exactly as seen in the pictures. 50 steps to the beach. Ample shaded cabanas, perfect sandy beach with gentle waves. Check in and out was very clear and easy. Will book again!

We loved condo 11. Remodeled and has every luxury from home. I’m afraid to say too many nice things out of fear this condo will always be rented when we want to return. I have stayed at this property quite a few times but this was my first time in unit 11. It’s not ocean front but literally 50 steps from the unit to pool. This is a well maintained property. Regardless who you come in contact with from the office to maintenance to house keeping they are all professional and displaying a smile. I guess I would to if I lived and worked at such a beautiful place. You will not be disappointed by unit 11 or any other unit at the Christopher Columbus. By far the best beach on Seven Mile!!!!

I’m almost afraid to write this review out of fear I will never be able to rent it again due to availability. I have stayed at the Christopher Columbus many times over the past 23 years. I’ve stayed in several of the units but recently rented condo 11 and it was perfect! Totally redone! The kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware, dishes, Tupperware etc. There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The furniture is very nice and the beds are comfortable. The showers are amazing!! I can’t think of one thing this unit is missing. Plenty of storage room!!! The way they designed the cabinets and closets throughout was brilliant. The housekeepers are so friendly and do a wonderful job tidying up the place. The overall management of this property is top notch! The beach in my opinion is the nicest part of Seven Mile. I would never stay anywhere else! Once you experience this property, the people and the pool/beach you will know why. There are gas grills located on both sides of the property (2 on each side) if you wanted to grill. There is a coin laundry on the side of the office if you need to do any wash. If you have kids there are pool noodles, buckets and shovels etc. and plenty of chairs and cabanas to enjoy. There’s also tennis and pickle ball courts directly across the street. This is an amazing property that is very well maintained. If you are looking for a family friendly property then look no further.

We come each year to beautiful Grand Cayman and always stay at Christopher Columbus Unit 11. The condo is bright and beautifully decorated with all very modern accessories. The location is perfect... only steps from the gorgeous seven mile beach. A short swim takes you to a reef filled with tropical fish. The staff at Christopher Columbus go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. Josephine in the front office is more like family and will meet your every need. Indie who has cleaned our Unit for years leaves everything spotless...I want to take her home with me. If you have any problems, which are few, Carlos is always there to help with a smile. All the employees greet you each day with a kind word and a smile. We will return.

We love staying at CCC! You will not find a better location on 7 Mile Beach! The property is very well maintained, staff very friendly, beautiful beach & water, snorkeling, lovely cabanas with lots of loungers/chairs and a nice pool.
We had a party of 8 people, so half stayed in an Oceanfront and the rest stayed in this Garden View unit.
This unit is very modern & pretty. It does not have a beachy feel. The bathrooms were also very nice and brightly lit.
The twin beds slept good, although your feet will hang off the bed. The twin bed frames are on wheels which cause them to scoot across the floor when you move in bed. The master bed mattress needs replaced, it is very thin, not comfy at all. You feel exactly where the storage drawers start under the bed through it.
We did not use this unit like we normally would have since we did all our cooking in the larger OF unit, so can't give an honest review on how the kitchen was stocked. We only used the large fridge, coffee maker, blender, the beds and bathrooms.
The side path to the beach made accessing this unit a breeze. Make sure you pull the front door firmly closed behind you when you leave. The door will not close shut on its own.
We really enjoyed dining at Morgan's, Agua, Saltwater Grill and ordered pizzas from Casanova. No problems making reservations for our group and all food was great! We always hit Georgetown on a day when there are no cruise ships in.

We’ve stayed at Christopher Columbus Condos several times and it never disappoints. Good location, family friendly, grounds are neat and orderly and units clean. Our only minor recommendation is that unit 11 might consider a new mattress in the king room.

We loved our week in unit 11. It was very comfortable and the beach was perfect. The light on the back patio needs to be replaced and blinks when on but otherwise no complaints!

It was awesome as usual. We love the staff and the place. The beach is the best in the island.

Very pretty, modern and updated! LOVED the bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets did not fit well with the mattress pads underneath. The two beds in the spare room were not as long as a traditional twin mattress. Those two beds were our only real complains. The sheets were stained but were changed out. Need more hangers!! The grills are super clothes so we used those often. We LOVE Christopher Condos!!! This was our second visit (different condo) and we would love to come back.
