Newly and totally renovated ground-floor unit! Enjoy an all new, fully equipped kitchen complete with new appliances, all new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, new lighting, and more. Beautifully and newly furnished dining room and living room with flat screen 55" Smart T.V. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and 40" flat screen T.V. Guest Bedroom has 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed and 32" flat screen T.V. 2 Bathrooms (1 zero entry walk-in shower, and 1 tub shower combination). Unit includes a beautiful patio that is surrounded by a tropical garden, perfect for a quiet breakfast in the morning, and you're only 50 feet away from the beach itself. The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 1 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

This was our second time staying in this condo unit and it was wonderful yet again. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach and pool. The beach is not only beautiful but far from the cruise ship crowds which is why we chose this place again. Very quiet and relaxing. Condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Grand Cayman.

This is my third time to stay at Christopher Columbus and it’s perfect every time. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook in if you wish. The two bedroom condo had bathrooms in each bedroom and the entire condo had been updated and freshly painted inside and out. Beaches at Christopher Columbus are the cleanest on 7 Mile; you won’t find better especially for the great value. We will be back!

Wonderful experience. Condo was fabulous with wonderful amenities, great design and comfortable. Loved the garden side which was a respite from the intense sun. Beach and pool was just a few feet away. Beautiful pool. Had lots of sand toys for the grandkids. Snorkeling was perfect right off the condo - even saw a turtle and stingray. Cocktails on the beach at sunset was perfect. This condo had the best amenities in a kitchen I have experienced. Will definitely return to this unit

We were very pleased with our stay at Christopher Columbus Condos. Our only suggestion would be to add additional umbrellas on the beach or in the rental units for guests to use as sometimes all were in use.
