RESERVATION POLICIES
6 persons are included in Oceanfront Unit Rates.
4 persons are included in Garden View Unit Rates.
For an additional $50/night a 5th person may stay in Garden View Units.
Winter Season requires a minimum of 6 nights per booking
Summer & Fall Seasons require a minimum of 4 nights per booking
There are times, however, when cancellations or bookings allow for us to book a unit for less than the minimum nights. Please call or email us if you are looking for dates for less than the minimum nights, and we can see if we have any available opportunities for those stays.
Rates are in USD.
7% Gratuity and 13% Government Tax are added to all nightly rates.

Special offers and discounts cannot be applied to bookings made through travel agents.
A credit card deposit of 50% of total rent is due at the time of booking. Reservations will not be accepted without a deposit. The credit card used for the initial deposit (“Credit Card”) will be held on file. The remaining balance will be charged to the Credit Card sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Reservations cancelled sixty (60) days or more prior to scheduled arrival date are fully refundable less a $200 processing fee. Refunds shall not be made for any reservation canceled sixty (60) days or less prior to scheduled arrival. Holiday season reservations must be cancelled on or before August 31st.
A refund of deposits made is available in the event a hurricane is predicted (by a majority of the forecast models) to pass within 300 miles of Grand Cayman during the time of your expected stay. U.S. National Weather Service data shall be determinative.
If the Cayman Islands Government has issued a hurricane evacuation and you decide to leave Christopher Columbus before the end of your reserved time, you will be charged only for the nights you have stayed.
If a hurricane hits Grand Cayman, and you become stranded at Christopher Columbus because flights have been cancelled, it is expected that you will depart on the first available flight.
Please email or call us for any special occasions such as reunions, birthdays, or wedding parties that would require booking multiple units and/or for less than the minimum nights. We are more than happy to discuss your needs for these types of events.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your stay to protect you from unexpected circumstances that may interrupt your stay.
Upon check in to your Condo, please inspect the property. Notify our office immediately of any maintenance items that arise during your stay.
Security deposits are not required; however, guests are responsible for all damages. Damages will be charged to the Credit Card and a bill for damages presented at the time of the charge. Damages shall include, but are not limited to, extra clean up charges for excessive sand in the units, damages to furniture, and furniture or fixtures removed from the unit.
Your reservation is made for the number of guests listed. Should there be additional people we require that you inform us before arrival. Your reservation is subject to additional charges or cancellation if you arrive with more guests than booked.
Please advise us of your airline arrival time so we can anticipate your arrival. We are located 5 miles from the airport on 7 Mile Beach. A rental car is recommended, but not necessary. Our office is open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, 9 am to 1pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. If you will arrive after office hours please check in with the manager, at the manager’s residence, next door to the office.
Your Condo is designated non-smoking. This includes patios and common areas. Does not include the beach. If there is any evidence of smoking, you will be charged a fee of $500.00 for cleaning.
No pets are allowed in the property (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Limit of (1) vehicle per Condo.
