Newly renovated unit. Great kitchen, dining and living room with flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bedroom has a queen bed & twin bed. Only seconds from the beach and pool! (About 50 feet to the beach and pool.) | | The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 12 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

I used to stay at the Anchorage next door but the management there is not responsive since Judy is gone. So I am new to CC but not the area. The beach is wonderful and quiet, the staff is fabulous and easy to deal with. And for then price it is the place to stay.

Our condo was nice. Our only complaint was street noise when on the patio. The managers couldn’t have been friendlier. Our needs were met immediately. Christopher Columbus is a friendly family place. The area was kept up beautifully. We loved walking the clean not crowded beach. We liked staying in a quieter area on Seven Mile Beach.

We found Christopher Columbus Condos when our usual spot was closed for renovations this summer. We could not have been happier. The unit is well furnished and well stocked with kitchen gear. The location on the quieter northern end of 7 Mile Beach away from the large hotels and cruise port visitors was perfect. Grocery store was a 1 minute drive and there was easy access to good restaraunts. The wide deep beach with plenty of seating and shade options was delightful. The hammocks under the palapas were a nice touch.
Cleaning, maintanence, gardening and office staff were all very helpful and polite. The property manager provided great reccommnedations in response to all questions. Our housekeeper was extremely adept at accommodating our occassional remote work and late sleeping teenage daugher.
The pickle ball courts across the road were an extra bonus. The common charcoal BBQ's at each end of the building came in handy. While we would prefer laundry machines in the unit during our 2 weeks stay, the common laundry room near the office was more than adequate.
We enjoyed good meals and good times at Macabuca, Yoshi Sushi, breakfast at Eats Cafe, Icoa Cafe, Rum Point, a pontoon boat snorkel trip out of East Bay with White Sand Water Sports and paddle board rentals from Paradise Paddle.
We will be back.
